best way to clean grout plaster adhesive paint ect off tiles

Just been to our local newly fitted out shop i know the guy who owns it and he's asked me if i will clean the newly laid floor. Its a right mess theres loads of marks, grout, cement, plaster you name it its on there the shop fitters who laid it have told him its not there fault and wont sort it. what is the best way i could go about sorting it for him any ideas welcome here's a couple of pics.

Might be best to walk away from it,as once you try to clean it it becomes your problem and all the marks might not come out ,get the shop fitters back

thats what i've told him but he's said they wont come back i had a go cleaning a couple of tiles with just water and a sponge and it seemed to do the job. I was thinking may be brick cleaner and a good old scrub if it dosent work ill just say i cant do it he will be ok with that.

Has he paid the shop fitters .just be careful with the brick cleaner

No he still owes them a fair bit i told him to get them back if they refuse then not to pay till its sorted. I think he just wants it sorting asap as he's got a new shop with a s**t floor.

just tell him to contact them letting them know whatever it costs to clean floor will be deducted of there bill .good luck

would this remove grout and plaster and how for does it go there's a good 80m2+ that needs cleaning
