My brand new sigma 3c3m is not giving me a clean cut
I've compared it to a cut from my Rubi ts60
See attached photos 1st photo is Rubi cut second is sigma

Ceramic tile 450 x 350

What can be the problem?

I think so too, very light score is all that's neeed most of the time with sigma, hold the handle further down on towards the bend see if that helps
