travertine hole filling and sealing?

Hello, I've just cleaned my travertine-tiled kitchen floor up, and used Mapei ultra colour Jasmine grout to fill the holes, but I'm worried the grout will go grey/dirty and get discoloured? Will a sealant stop this? And if so, which is the best one to use?

Hi and welcome... Holes..?.. is this a honed and filled travertine..

There were some small holes in the tiles, that collected dirt, I think the tiles were honed and filled and some of the filler dropped out
