Tiling On Unlevel Plastered Wall With Porcelain 9mm 600mm x 150mm

Hi all, I'm new on here. Have a problem with a plastered wall in a cloakroom that is out by about 18mm as you go up the wall, that I want to tile over. What solution do you recommend? Also on this same wall at the lower part, I need to box in some pipework but need access to stopcock. This section I also want to tile over, any ideas greatly appreciated. Thanks for taking the time.🙂

Tiles to be used are porcelain and there 9mm thick x 600mm x 150mm.
