I'm looking for a handle mark, I quite like it.

I wish I had bought a KK when purchasing the 1200, the cutting wheel is good good with the max but you see the cutting wheel easier on the KK.

Rubi blades are great! But their tile cutters? You would get a better cut off of a pizza cutter! Sigma is miles ahead of rubi cutters.

Best tile cutter I have ever used. Rubi TS30. Absolutely superb build quality. Beautiful cutting action, and its used for nearly every kitchen splashback. I know it cant cut porcelain cleanly, but there is still plenty of tiles it will cut. A pleasure to carry a small case, fit cutter on worktop, very good at repetitive cuts. Bought mine for £109 6 years ago - worth every penny.

Lol @ all the replies. I have been debating about buying a 1200 instead of renting. Got stuffed again this week - customer decided to go with 900x300 instead of 600x300's previously discussed! Ended up wet cutting for the long cuts...


So whilst searching for best deals, I was intrigued at how few retailers had any large Sigmas in stock. I am Mr Rubi. Have tried Sigma 1200 (on hire). Ok its a good cutter. But is it really better than a TX1200? Its cheaper though.

If your after a tx 1200 I'm about to be selling mine, still in very good condition, with case and what not
