I've been on a job today and there has been a lad fitting kahndean flooring, multiroom, about 40m, anyway, been watching his prep as floor was bad, today he's been using these straight edges that are made of thin metal that roll up into a small roll, he had about 4 of them, from 2m to longest was 5m long, creating one hell of a long straight edge, anyone seem them?
I know some will say lasers but I like a plsyical line you can tweak a few mm easily

I got given one by a mate who fits amtico, I found it to be pretty useless for tiling as they are so thin and slide under the tile if you are using it as a straight edge to work off. Pretty good for drawing long straight lines but, an H shaped straight edge is much better for our trade.
