Hi,I’m wondering if anyone can help on an issue i have with a stain on a porcelain tile,After grouting & the clean up a bucket was left on the floor overnight & the next day when removed the stain appeared underneath.I have tried with water a few times with no success & have left it over the weekend to see if it would dry out as thought it could of been trapped moisture but to no avail.I have enclosed a picture.Msny thanks for any advice.

Would normally self level over wires, but very small job that I wanted to tile over same day,has to happen on this one with no self leveller on.As of previous post will try stain remover & go from there, was more looking to see if anyone had any ideas as to what caused it & what it was.Thanks.

perhaps be grout residue. If the clean up bucket was left from cleaning the darker grout it could have ran down the bucket and pooled under it then dried up

I'd be trying an adhesive cleaner and emulsifying pad to get it off

Thanks Tony, was thinking it probably was a grout issue & that does make sense with the bucket, have been advised to use lithofin cement residue remover,so will give that a go with a emulsifying pad tomorrow & see what the outcome is.
