Just joined the forum - Hi to all

A

AndyV

I'm new to tiling having spent a lifetime (I am middle-aged) self employed in marketing. After becoming fed up with corporate 'BS', I decided to retrain in something that isn't desk-bound and dominated by computers.
Done some home projects and local work, and continue to study and train in 'best practices' (if I'm going to do something, I want to do it right), which is how I came across the forum.
There's some great info and advice being offered up on the forum, so thanks to all of you seasoned pro's who take the time to give your input. And hi to one and all.

Welcome aboard Andy 7. lol

Thanks for taking time to introduce yourself. Ask away when you're ready.

Hi and welcome to the forum Andy.
And thanks for taking the time to introduce yourself mate, cheers.

Thanks to all for the friendly welcome. If anyone has any marketing questions, given my past life, I'd be happy to help too.
I have a question.
as I have to do, to have fewer customers, who call?
I would like to rest a bit ....lol
change the phone number? thanks

Hi Antonio,
It looks like you are saying you want less customers - a good position to be in I must say.
You could try specialising and only doing certain types or size of project - this may reduce the number of projects you do.
Or, why not find another tiler who you can share work with, I'm sure there are some that would be grateful for the extra work.
You may not have to change the phone number, just communicate with people in a nice, honest way whatever you do and that way you won't lose all your work - people don't mind you saying no, if there is a good reason.
Does this help?

You've met Antonio so it's downhill all the way now.🙂
Welcome and enjoy - this is the best trade around.

Yeah, just been looking at some previous forum threads - seems like there's a lot of friendly banter with Antonio - will try and brush up on my Italian - Good to meet you all.
