She's a real cutie. Enjoy the walks, cos it will be left to you as has been mentioned. We got a pup 16 months ago and have seen so much more of the local area because of walking her.

be warned doode labs come with more problems than most. prone to hip problems, stomach and bowl problems among many. they are prone to putting on weight too so exercise is needed more than most. dont want to pee on your fire Dave but my wife's a vet nurse for the rspca and she warns every one about labs especially puppies coz you dont know how there turn out. mongrolls are much less likely to have these problems as there unlikely to be in-bread.

Good choice I love the short stocky labs. Had a black lab myself, she came from Prince Charles gun stock, cost a fortune then about £450, but she was as cute as could be. Easy to train and not a bad bone in her.
At the same time had 4 other dogs, another lab, a bullmastiff, a collie cross and the ex......plus four cats, two resident toads in the garden nicknamed George and Mildred.
One of the funniest things was seeing the Mastiff decide that one of the toads was good to play with and picked it up in his mouth. All you could see was the toads legs hanging out of the dogs mouth......then he started foaming and decided maybe it wasn't a good idea after all, and then when he use to run around the garden with a ginger kitten clamped firmly to his face....I could go on.............dogs are just fun to have around.

My dogs a gun dog, German wire haired pointer, only got one brain cell though!

I heard today that the recession has hit pedigree chum, on Monday they are sending in the retrievers!!!! :lol: Looks a great pup, i have Boxer, i love my dog more than the wife...😳
