Just a quick post to say thank you for creating such a fantastic site and to all those that contribute. It's always my first point of call when I have a query and I rarely have to ask a question as an answer usually lies somewhere in the archives. Without knowing it, you've helped me solve a query with a customer and builder whilst also putting across a valid and detailed explanation.
