I have a couple of ketter tables but if your over 6ft I'd be looking at something taller as I did. My grinding bench is about 1200 high if iI remembe correctly and it's loads better !

I’m a very tall 5’8. Being too tall is yet to be an issue

Mate im six foot but I reckon 1200 would be a bit high . So when you say over six foot do you mean 6'11"

Any difference between the ketter (toolstation) and the macallister (screwfix)

I think it is 1000 high actually thinking back. This is the table and I have it on full height with a custom made top
