Drain cover problems

Hi peeps, got a customer that wants a wetroom floor covered in large format slate tiles the only problem is that there is a manhole cover in the middle of the floor.... anyone got any bright ideas on how to keep access but to also cover in slate???

You will have to go for an inset manhole, The existing manhole will be removed and the new set in the floor raised slightly to take the hight for the tiles and adhesive. In side the cover a screed wil be needed and bought up with depth left for the tile and addy. Hope that helps
