I'm using a manifold anyway.

Here is a plan of my kitchen:

I'm not going to be screeding/tiling where the units go.
I'll batten the space up in the middle and start pouring the mapei renovation screed.

Unless somebody can advice me on pouring a thin sand cement screed with PP fibres?
