Cutting Marble Mosaic

I have a Rubi wet saw - it seems that I am going to struggle with this trying to cut mosaic!
What would people suggest as the best way to cut 23 x 23 x 10mm thick marble mosaic?
Should I use a mini grinder with a diamond tile disk?

Hi, yes you can cut with angle grinder. Or you can put some piece of 12mm ply on wet saw table(bit bigger than sheet of mosaic) and cut it. Some times i stick 1" masking tape on mosaics where i need to cut

i use a 115 angle grinder , i cut so many over the years i only need to see the size of cut i need then usually can guess the cut , but this only comes with repetition .........

Thanks for the advice - I had thought about the ply option too - any recommendations of disks or will any major brand disk do?

Best to cut dry with an angle grinder and diamond wheel outside. This way the mesh stays together.

Usually just use the Sigma manual cutter with cardboard under the mosaic if it's into a corner. 😛rrr:
