Hello, advice needed

I have recently moved into a lovely house, it is 8 years old and has underfloor heating. I have noticed that the floor in the Kitchen has started to crack the tiles (4"X4")
just by the outside wall. I found 2 cracked at first but now a couple of weeks later I have found 3 more! Even the grout is cracked in the same direction (outside coming towards the middle of the room)
The floor is block and beam with a polypipe underfloor water heating system. Screed was placed on top of the pipe system and then tiled.
Is this usual for the tiles to crack and if so can I just get a good tiler in to replace the cracked tiles or is it more complicated than that!
I have a 6 week old baby so the heating is constantly on at a set temperature, could this have contributed?
Any help/ advise would be very welcome
Thanks
Neil

how long ago was the floor tiled, do you know what type of adhesive was used , was an uncoupling membrane used, what type of screed was used

I have absolutely no idea what was used either screed or adheisieve. It was put down from new and I have only recently bought it so I have no idea about materials used. The tiles are definaty 4 x 4 travertine though. I think they call them tumbled.
