Not want you want to hear but that floor is beyond remedial repair. Total rip out required.
The small silver lining is the tiles might all be saved

A heated chipboard floor - not suitable for tiling without proper prep.
Also probably floating construction - definitely not suitable.
You say worktop has shifted. Any pictures?
I am guessing poor building and a floating floor which has sunk.

As above though - complete rip out required although you'll probably find it very easy to save the tiles.

The crack in the adhesive bed runs through the adjacent tiles. Almost certainly a joint in the floor boards.
Afraid to say that you have definitely been "had" with this one. A terrible job in every way.

Heated chipboard floor ? Unbelievable how is it possible to get it so wrong, as above it will need stripping and reinstating using the correct methods sorry to say . Kop

Thx you🙂
