Shouldn't of tiled to chipboard. Wrong trowelling technique of the https://www.tilersforums.com/forums/tile-adhesive/, probably exceeded https://www.tilersforums.com/forums/tile-adhesive/ maximum bed depth and probably never back buttered the tiles . .

Not want you want to hear but that floor is beyond remedial repair. Total rip out required.
The small silver lining is the tiles might all be saved

A heated chipboard floor - not suitable for tile without proper prep.
Also probably floating construction - definitely not suitable.
You say worktop has shifted. Any pictures?
I am guessing poor building and a floating floor which has sunk.

As above though - complete rip out required although you'll probably find it very easy to save the tiles.

The crack in the https://www.tilersforums.com/forums/tile-adhesive/ bed runs through the adjacent tiles. Almost certainly a joint in the floor boards.
Afraid to say that you have definitely been "had" with this one. A terrible job in every way.

Heated chipboard floor ? Unbelievable how is it possible to get it so wrong, as above it will need stripping and reinstating using the correct methods sorry to say . Kop

Quite a bit of movement going on there, wouldn’t be surprised to find a plumbing/heating leak going on as well.
As others have said a complete rip out and re-do.

If the floor has dropped below marble worktop areas, there’s a possibility that the slab wasn’t prepared correctly before celotex was laid.
Sometimes if there’s a high point in the slab the weight of the marble counter tops can cause the celotex to break its back, then floor drops as the celotex snaps.
Would definitely say tiles weren’t back buttered first, you wouldn’t see imprint of tile backing if done correctly.
Or heating could have been turned on too soon and up too fast, or tiles could have been contaminated and weren’t cleaned before install.
