Who do you use for broadband..?

I have tiscali and not 100% happy with it..

what experiances do you have with your provider and what makes your provider stand out from previous ones you have used..?

If your provider isn't in the poll then say so and i will add it.

NTL / Virgin Media, been with then for 10 years plus, since dial up days, then 1 mb then 10 mb now on 20 mb service, can't fault them IMHO, yes there are horror stories about the capping system but as long as you do most of your downloading duringthe night, no problem

I'm on Virgin and have very little problem but they are the only provider for braodband I've used. The odd occasion Virgin has had the odd cliche but overall pretty good.

I use BT Yahoo... only went with BT cos that's who the phone line is with. I doubt I'm getting value for money and will have to dig out the old T&C's to find out how much notice I have to give...

BT for me too, only with them as we have the BT Vision etc.. yeah it's ok, no real problems, was with plus net before who were superb as long as you didn't overuse your allowance:thumbsup:

Not heard of them russ...one for the poll then.?
They don't advertise as such Dave as they are not originally directed at the "home user" though they are now. Not the cheapest but not very often they are "down" and customer service is very good when you do need it. Prob not as cheap as some now either.

Virgin for the last 10 years, right from dial up force 9 at me mum and dads through to broadband when force9 changed to blueyonder and now virgin, Never had any probs at all, changing to sky from tomorrow when weve moved into the new house (when its conncted).

Ive signed upto £33 a month, Sky +HD with 3 mixes, evening and weekend telephone including the line rental and medium broadband package. Box was £50 but there sending a £50 tesco voucher so its cost nowt really, and phone line connection was £25, a whopping £105 cheaper than BT and its a BT engineer coming to install on behalf of sky.... figure that one out :mad2:

been with bt for 5 years now with no bother , when my tower pc dies tho ,im going get one of them deals of 3, laptop and dongle, ive had a contract blower for 5 years with no signal problems

talktalk, £6.49 per month, cheap as chips, £58.00 for the phone line to be put in, bt installed it but through them it would have been £130? no problems at all

:hurray:
