arcatrave over the door and replace the bottom 2 tiles down to it. as for the side
a thin, neat Silicon bead will cover the gaps. Not the best tiling iv seen....

You could run it all the way up as the tiles on that are higher than the rest
and the trim dont cover all the way to the top. not a great job or finnish
really. than as said a neat bead of Silicon where the wood overlaps the tiles.

If you were given the job to rectify what would you do.
You wont rectify it, the tiles finish at different hights over the door so the level's are out
as it goes round the room
