I think you should get a panel off cut and test stick a tile to and see how hard it is to get it off once adhesive is fully dry . If this proves a week bond I would consider fixing a self adhesive membrane to board before tiling like impey membrane .

Do they have a recommended adhesive.
Not that I can see. I did email them asking can any tile adhesive be used they replied ''yes you can use adhesive as long as it's flexible''. so i'll ring there technical dept for a recommendation and post what the say. many thanks for contributions to my thread.

I'll do that and get back to you thanks
I rang the manufacturer (call centre) you know what they said don't you ''ask a tiler''. and just referring to their install instructions. So I'm hoping someone on the forum who may have worked with this product can advise me. kudos install info says use waterproof flexible adhesive every time I choose one then get the tech data it never includes upvc as one of the list of suitable substrates.

thanks. I've got an unopened bag of pci nanolight that expires this month so I'll do a test and let you know if its a success. the nanolight has been in a cardboard box and wrapped in plastic so it should still be good

On one

I tiled a small wet room floor on Aqua4ma about 8-10 years ago,it would be done with a white, cement based flexible adhesive(can't remember what). I went back 3 years ago for another job......it's still there....no cracks!
