A bit early to be so cryptic Doug, forum clock?

How are you feeling Doug, hows your recovery going?
If you’ve updated your thread, I apologise, I’ve not seen it as yet, work is pretty full on at the moment.

it says (forum clock) that I posted in this thread at 3:14am, it was 4:14am feeling ok thanks mate, a couple of the physio exercises are painful though so if I bang a couple of painkillers an hour or so beforehand I can manage them
