white bal grout turning yellow in patches

Hi Im new to all this but wondered if any of your members can help. I have been a tiler for years and never had this problem before. The white grout is fine as I complete the job then a couple of days later customer saying it has turned yellow in patches. Any help/advice welcome Cheers Kev

I have had similar with a different colour and found out even though I followed the basic rule mix leave for 3 minutes mix again before use the reason it sometimes happen is that if you have used only part of the bag and not mixed the full bag certain elements that make up the grout may not be mixed in the right proportion. Some other tilers i have spoken to have experienced this especially it seems with Ultra for some reason, though personally like ultra products generally.

It's something to do with your local football team! Grout is acknowledging the promotion to the Premier league and coming out in colour coordination.

Never had any problems with BAL grouts. :8:
