It's slightly different for me because we cover all aspects of building so we can be in somebody's house for around 8-9 weeks doing a full house refurb.

We can normally tell how happy a customer is by the amount of tea they make us during the day, 4-5 cups: very happy, 2-3 cups: fairly satisfied, 1 cup: getting tired of us and if they stop making it completely: get the hell out of my house and take your noise and dust with you

Just finished a job...customer at quoting stage not bothered about price just wanted quality job...was interested in all i had to say...about chipboard, hardibackers, coloured grouts, sealing etc went for the lot...sanitary ware out and back in after all doors trimmed...good earner and extras no probs whacked on the bill...and friday gave me a bottle of Louis F Champayne and today a £75 tip!!! Happy Days! :hurray:

Buzz.....Being told the floor your tiling is 350m2 shopping mall floor prob marble.:drool5:
Deflation..... getting there to start and finding that the marble is ceramic look alike in three sizes and two diff thicknesses with 26 manholes to cut round and infill.:yikes:
