wbp joints and finally height?

When installing wbp ply to joists after taking up the t&g,do you leave an open joint between different pieces even if it is screwed well down and is solid?,if so how big and do you need to fill it with Silicon or leave it open?.it will be covered with homelux membrane.Do i need a gap around the perimeter?.
Also can anyone give me a rough finished height from joist if i use...
1.25mm ply
2.homelux matting+warmup wire ufh
3.Slc over wire
4.adhesive using 12mm trowel
5.12mm travertine tile

leave a 2mm gap between boards and it can be filled with Silicon!
