What would be your product of choice for revivng Trav floor tiles that were never sealed - so generally look dull but also have 3 year old grey grout staining. Is there a product out there with a shot at bringing these up to their former glory??

Give me a few more words Chris!

Need to remove 3 year old cmentous grout off Trav so what would you recommend?

Am looking at the nano scrub but the staining is more than light.
Can't use an acid on Trav so any ideas?

I would use wet&dry paper first to remove the surface contaminant( works wonders without scratching if you use the right grade), then use a good cleaner, something like LTP grimex to remove muck etc.. clean twice and then leave to dry and see what the result is, before sealing.
