Just a few pics from a downstairs wc that i'm working on at the mo, there is grout every where apart from where it should be. pics speak for themselves. shoddy work not only in this room but also in customers bathroom, en-suite and kitchen which i've already completed. I dont understand how they got one wall so far out of line with the other, surely they werent going to grout that gap above the skirting

was only done a couple of years ago! also floor tiles were straight onto chipboard which continued through into kitchen diner covering 25 m2. its all up and sorted ready for starting tiling on tuesaday.
