Quarry Floor Tiles Appear To Have White Staining On Them - Tile Advice

Hi All,

Apologies as I'm a novice and unsure if this is the same issue.

We had grey Aragon quarry tiles (Aragon Charcoal Grey Quarry Tiles | Range | Walls2Floors laid and have had the devil of a time getting rid of marks (see pics).

I'm a bit of a numpty and mopped the floor at one point - which seems to have made it a lot worse.

Any advice would be very gratefully received.

Can you do us a couple of close-up shots? Of the grout too.

Is this a sealed floor,?What have you sealed this with?
What type of grout used ?
When did the whitening appear? After grouting , sealing

Possibilities are, whitening of excess sealer , impregnator, oil
Grout residue, or whitening of a polymer from the grout.

If you can answer the question we can , move forward on a test with a suitable product to get the floor back.
