I am currently quoting on a level access wet room on the ground floor of a property. The floor is currently concrete. Although another company has quoted to install a ply subfloor, would that mean they are planning on lifting the concrete?

I know that's what I was thinking. It's the first time installing a disabled wet room so some bits are new to me.

Ollie if you are not sure of the proceedure don't quote!
It's difficult from your information to give good advice but if the concrete is level now and the falls are in place to the outlet then - job's a good one.
