Hello, I need to cut a slight concave curve in some 1" 6x6 ruabon red tiles which I'm recycling!
I have angle grinders + diamond discs (105mm continuous and segmented rims)

Any advice gratefully received.
Thanks Neil

The tiles are being fitted round the base of an insulated wood fired pizza type oven. The base has a radius of about 50 cm and the tiles will need a slight concave cut to fit this.

Ok, thanks, I have read a few reports on the forum
and ordered a marcrist ncc 750 curve blade. It seems to be a popular choice, if a little expensive!

Not something I have tried, Your radius is not that acute so I wouldnt think you would have to use one. i have managed for years cutting soil pipe size holes in tiles (110 mm ish) with a standard diamond wheel.

Draw your curve onto the tile.....cut straight upto the curve so the waste part has like "teeth" score along your line, snap the teeth off and tidy up with your grinder....simples :)
