Hi all, just after a bit of advice.

I've just had some 15mm limestone tiles fitted in my kitchen. I nearly did it myself, but after seeing lots of horror stories online I decided to hire a specialist tiler. He has now done the job (two weeks ago) but the tiles look patchy. The alarm bells are ringing that there is moisture trapped, and I was horrified to learn that he sealed them on the same day as laying. Even I know that's a big no-no and I've never laid stone tiles. I got him back in to have a look and he claims they look patchy because the Lithofin colour intensifier sealant has exaggerated the natural variation in the stone. I'm not convinced. What do you guys think? I haven't paid him yet so I'm keen to get a second opinion!! MANY thanks for any advice offered.

Tim
