Evening all

Newbie to this forum
I'm a plumbing & heating engineer from West yorkshire
I'm currently installing new bathroom for myself and have got to the tiling part So that's why I'm here to hopefully get top tips and advice (or a local tiler to do it for me )
These are the tiles I'm wanting to use around bath & shower area
I've boarded with no more ply 12mm wall boards now just unsure as to use grout or not as I've been told splitface don't get grouted but these are just a 300x450 tile not interlocked just confused as to what to do? Also would it be best to stagger the pattern or stack on top of one another?
Cheers in advance
