We did a panel of glass tiles on a showroom floor (bathroom display) many years ago when glass 1st became popular - it didn't last long (months) before it started to look jaded!
Nice idea but not totally practical.

They actually do do a glass floor tile as well - look under the 'collezione' section.

Ive seen glass tiles on the floor, had to remove a couple 'cos they'd cracked. What a pig to remove, they were very thick and glass flew everywhere!

nicobond do a live tile glass tile. it changes shade as you look at it from different angles. retail at about £135 sqm
