stupid question, but why on earth would you get a plumber to do tiling? Jack of trades master of none, it aint rocket science. Never understand customers.

felt bad the woman was in tears , luckaly she has not paid in full but he cant understand why she is not happy, the pictures don't do it justice it is worse in real life

How can someone just carry on tiling like that is beyond me, what a complete and utter mess I wonder if he walks away thinking made a nice job of that one, or Ive cocked that one up which he certainly has.
