Advice wanted please guys. I have a client with a tiled front room who would like border tiles (edging) on the bottom of the wall.
Quite straight forward to lay but do I lay the tile flush against the floor tile or use a spacer as a gap and then grout between. Will I need to use a flexible grout , silicone or whatever.
Look forward to your responces.

Silicone should be used to prevent cracking during any movement, treat them as you would corners...... well they are corners actually when you think about it (or when your drunk )

I have already used the grout for the joint along the floor. Would it be ok to silicone over the top of it????
