All feedback is appreciated.....and no quick punts for other makes...just a feedback thread for 365's...

Used them for a while now, well since they sponsored the forum and could not wish for any better. Great piece of kit.

While the post strike is on we are shipping out CityLink

We know equipment is critical for installers and delays can hold up jobs. One comment I'd add to anyone thinking about getting a set is to plan ahead of your jobs so that you get the best value for money (£7.15 per drill) but also you dont get caught by these ongoing Royal Mail strikes.

Nice Bits - Just make sure you dont get caught with your pants down waiting for deliveries with the postal strikes.

Get em early - Plan Ahead.

However our City Link service is coming to the rescue and to date no tiler or client has been left wanting!

I bought two sets from richard one day a few months back and well impressed with them.very professional kit and they work a treat.im still using the first set.

Not used them yet, but i'm due a new set, so i will be in the very near future. Especially if you get the model in the pic with them :drool5::drool5::drool5:

Dave - I don't know where to place my vote as I won my drills for JOTM!
I can't stop my son Little John (Arms Member) from drilling holes in every tile required now.
They are quality and certainly give that professional look.

Yep i've got the porsadrill bathroom kit. Only problem i've come across (just last week actually) is that the core for the waste pipe (40mm i think) isn't big enough if you have a fitting coming out of the wall instead of just the pipe itself, as in an elbow. I haven't checked their website yet, to see if they do larger sizes, but if they do i'll probably get one as they are quality drills. I had to borrow a mates core, and it was such a headache finding thin enough spanners to remove the smaller core that was already attached to the drill attachment!?!?! :mad2:

Edit* Just checked and they do so many sizes... I want them all!!!! 😀

For those customers who only have the BFKMX kit with the largest pipe socket of 40mm something you are able to do is open out holes like this:

Once you drill the initial hole in the tile move the yellow guide plate into a new position on the tile

Dsc07711.jpg

You can drill out multiple slices on the tile to open holes.

Above is a very exaggerated example of how much tile you can remove with a core but please feel free to put the guide plate onto tiles over existing holes and open out.

Pipe is too big for socket

Dsc07707.jpg

Put yellow plate on tile over the section of hole to be drilled
Press and Hold

Make whatever number of cuts you need into tile to open it up

Any size hole is possible.

Cheers Richard, i did play with the idea of multiple holes, but would rather just have to drill once, so will be putting an order in before long. Once i've decided what size i need to go for hehe!

Each one comes with its own sized yellow guide plate dedicated to the diamond drill or core holesaw size you order.

Couldn't find the Porcelanica drill or hole cutter I needed yesterday locally. Arm and a leg, even then not what I needed.
Dealt with Richard yesterday via email from Spain and made the order for the BFKMX kit.
If only the service in the UK was taken by everyone with the same enthusiasm as Richard.
Excellent to deal with

This is still the best selling kit

We now stock a sponge which means faster drilling, longer life for the holesaws and elimination of dust exposure for the installer.

when you click on the thread and it opens up..at the top of the page you will find it.

Dave,
Great value even though I have only used the 16mm for central heating pipe holes.

So far I have drilled 10-holes in Porcelain and still seem to be doing fine.
That is above the recommended amount, so pleased. No doubt they will still do ceramic tiles after that a breeze.

I should have also given her a stronger button for her white shorts.

Look how her great big beer belly has burst the shorts open.....
