Black limestone slabs - Tile Advice

Have some
Black
Limestone
Slabs stained around 20m2
With
Cement/ oil looks like also.. would like to no if buffing/ polishing with say 200 grit dimond pad will get rid of
This then reseal etc if so what would be best tool to use
