we renovated this pool in Bournemouth a few months ago , we hacked -off the tiles then skimmed the solid render with adhesive then re-tiled with,the selected 6x6 tiles,the floor was anti-slip all over then grouted and re-newed the expansion joints, and also added some new ones to keep the pool up with currant regulations

How many people do you have on a typical job like this gooner?

Do you work in bits, eg get the first third hacked off, then whilst someone is hacking off the second third, the first is being reprepped and tiled, or do you do each stage to the entire pool if you see what I mean?

Two questions.

1. Are "currant" regulations more stringent than sultana regulations? :lol:
2. Shouldn't you have been playing Michael Jackson music to this video? I assume that's the look the chap (you???) wearing the single fingerless glove was striving for? :yikes:

OLI we spent a week hacking-off and skimming four of us , then just me, and TOM tiled it while the other pool was being used daily,that is TOM in the film he is in the navy now 😛irate: it was a very hot job as they had to keep the heating on while we worked

Would you mind posting what's involved in doing a pool job and in what order and how much time on average it takes etc. just interested to know the work that goes into them.
