I use my bosch multi tool to take out grout

Hit tile in the middle and take out carefully

Its all a bit hit and miss

I had to do a 60x60 polished porcelain the other week, still no idea why it had cracked, but took 3-4 hrs to remove tile, and chip away the adhesive to the right level. just be very patient and careful, as it only takes wrong move to cut the cable.
