What kind of tile is this, where can I get them from? - Tile Advice

A friend of mine just moved in to a council flat and has these tiles in his bathroom but wants them in his kitchen as well but can't find them any where, they are just under 20" x 20"

Are they non slip and if so is that what your friend likes about them . Because if so if he or she were to go into a proper tile retailer like ctd or n and c nicobond I am sure they would be able to find something similar .
