@Andystiletiling is also in your area. Whoever ends up doing your tiling, please for your sake make sure he’s a tiler and you check him out, don’t let the builder do it. Too far for me unfortunately.
Thanks for the mention Andy, the prep i could handle but as I have no experience with thin tiles would bow out graciously on this one.
I would seriously think about contacting @impish (Mark at imperial tiling) as already mentioned. Knows his large format and is just in your area, you may have to wait a while for his expertise though..good luck with your project and for God's sake don't let your Builder near those tiles!!

Ok thanks, hopefully Mark will see this but if he doesn’t is his business called Imperial Tiles, so I can do a search for him?

Who has recommended reinforced screed. Use liquid screed. No reinforcement needed.

It might be my misinterpretation, I mean the screed with added fibres etc? is this liquid screed?
The builder originally said a 75mm standard screed but the tiling supplier recommend the stronger but thinner screed, does that sound correct?
