I have a bath once every twelve months whether I need one or not.

I do the same as bri, as the doctor told me not to buy direct contact knee pads as they keep your knee/ligaments constantly warm preventing longer term damage! Only found this out as I snapped my crutiate ligament through sport and have seen a lot off doctors!
Sorry to bore!

I damaged my knee in March doing a few rounds of baby oil wrestling, the redbacks have definitely helped the recovery.

Bucket of water......scrub away. Hang on line to dry.

Then, when you find that they have mis-shapened, and won't fit back in ya trouser pockets.......throw away and buy red backs.
