SLC over hardi on chipboard....

....can you lay SLC over hardi once its glued and screwed on wooden floor to get it spot on as some T&G floors are a bumpy and can never seem to get the 6mm hardi spot on...

Provided you have a deflection free floor, yes. Something like weber floor flex would be suitable for the job.
