It is definitely unused, I've just looked at it.
It's up for £189.00 about £60 off retail, which is still cheap tbh.
I know that generally they'll ship between stores too, so if you're fairly near one they can send it there.

Yeah I thought so, especially as it's unused.
You could resell it for pretty much same money if someone bought it just for a single bathroom or something.
