Hi it was sealed 1 year after being laid had 24 hours dry time after pressure washed seal was nexus 420 Pro cheers

No rain did have frost but slabs were covered

It looks like it has ‘Bloomed’, trapped moisture.
sealing 24hrs after a jet wash is too soon, it won’t have dried sufficiently.
Contact this company and speak with Bob, he’s your man.

To be honest i wouldnt of even attempted to reseal out door stone this time of year ,
