Yeah every quartz / composite I have done has stated latex on the box. I wouldn't even bother with Topps staff and only communicate with manufacturer direct.

I've fixed gulf stone with ptb and no issues. I am aware topps recommend it but I'm also aware that most topps staff can't spell their own names. That said, gulf stone is the best and the only one I'd use ptb on. If you go that route, speak to Dave Wilson at bal technical and also get topps store manager to put it in writing.

Just email them asking if its suitable for ufh, either electric or wet if used with or without an uncoupling membrane, and is it correct that it should not be used in areas of direct sunlight.

I used a mapei addy, powder and latex, the latex turned out to be sbr...£50 for both😕
