Good Evening.

We are in a spot of bother, unfortunately we accidentally got some permanent marker on £100sq meter marble tiles...We could end up having to buy 2sq meters of tiles and its just a complete nightmare...the marks are tiny, as in you wouldnt notice it if you went into the bathroom 100 times....but of course, the customer wants them replaced....weve tried everything to get it off, rubbing alcohol...just wondering if there is anything I can do, or am i doomed to replace these tiles? Would really appreciate anyones ideas?

give Lithofin technical a call, probably your best
you could try cutting back and refinishing the stone. If you have not done this before will probably be best to just change them and putting down to experience

may help
but try on an off cut and mark with same pen first

Thanks Guys! Really hope we dont have to replace these tiles...it is a really stupid mistake, but the customer is trying his best to get out of the last 20% payment, these marks are smaller than the tip of the pen..

To be fair if you purchased a new car and it had scratches smaller than the tip of a pen you wouldn't accept it , if you would I've a van you might like .
