ive not really looked into this but with regard to voids,if your worried mark the potential voids and wet fill with wet addy ie pre grout prior to really grouting,ok it aint perfect but it fixes the void.

we all seem worried about the voids i wouldnt advise it on a badly warped floor but surely if it reasonable flat a lash clip moving 1mm or 2mm to get level wouldnt make a lot of difference if you back butter and are using the right floor trowel some of the more experienced might disagree it just would be nice to get a floor perfectly level i do struggle on large floors and have ordered some from dave hope its not a waste of money !

i doubt dave has used them,but i would value his opinion.

I think they could save a lot of time on something like large polished square-edged marble or similar. We all know that sometimes the tile may sink a little bit which means prising it up and resetting it, with these surely it can't sink after laying. I might just give 'em a go.

I've still not got around to trying them........ but still thinking about it!!!!!!!!!

used these the other day on 600mm square edged porcelin and found them really good
quite pricey but well worth it

I have used before.they can not help u to sort 10 mm lipps but r all rite 4 small.I use them 4 brickbond as well. Quite handy I like them anyway.little bit more work to take them of the joints.ment just crack to remove but they dont.Btw u can get them in B&Q.
