Is this a bad tiling job ? what can i do ?

Hi i was wondering is this a bad tiling job and what can i do ?

the tile is around the bath tub and its not even all the way to the top of the wall.

Was the job was done well or not ?

the dirt can be cleaned off from the tiles so thats not an issue, but what about the grouting work is it done badly ?

note: not finished the job yet

Initial job:
- electric shower
- tiling
- painting


Now:
- he mentioned that the electric connection is removed and he cannot do it and if he can it would cost a lot more. so now he just added a tap shower (using original water taps with a extension with a shower head)

i still have not paid him the remaining balance and was wondering what you guys think ?

That’s as bad as it gets!! Tile trim has been done wrong, grout has not been cleaned off, and you’ve been cheated out of your money, don’t think you will see him again!

apparently its grouting and he said he would wash it off. is it even grout or something else ? please help guys.
