Help identify kitchen floor tiles

It may be a long shot but can anybody name these tiles? At a guess, I'd say they are 15 or more years old. The old kitchen was tiled to the edges of the base units. I've just put in a new kitchen and hoped (in vain) the units would cover the gap.

Otherwise, could anyone suggest a work around with, maybe different colour tiles? I've thought of using rapid setting cement and then painting it a similar colour but it would be very hard to match that effect. If I put down vinyl the bevels on the tile edges would probably show through.

I tried putting in a link to photos in photobucket but the post keeps getting denied by the forum. I've put it in the Trackback box. Hopefully that will work
