Yeah i was working 2 doors down, had to get some water, and the nearest place was the outdoor tap right under his kitchen window, which my client told me was ok to use so as i was filling my bucket i saw this. When i saw it i just could not believe what he had done
The kitchen window is on the front of the property and there is a flagged pathway that is directly in front of all the houses. I didn't climb over any bushes or fenches or open any gates or abseil over any tooftops like james bond. The property was and is empty, up for sale or for rent.
words could not describe how bad i think this is, seeing is believing as they say
